MP3 Manager program?

I bought a Creative Nomad Zen NX recently and am not entirely happy with using musicmatch to upload/create playlists. What do most people use to create playlists & upload them? Thanks

I use ID3TagIt to tag MP3s and create playlists.

But I guess you'd then have to use something else to upload playlists to your Zen once you make them.

I use foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/index.html) for most purposes, it plays all kind of formats (mp3, ogg, wma, etc.), you can create play lists, edit tags, pretty much anything. For burning and converting formats I use cdex (http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/), finally I use Win Media player 10 as default player, with added codeces it can play anything. There are many other programs you can use, all freeware: http://www.compufiles.com/av.html

I've been looking for a good management app as well. I remember running across one that some guy had developed that fully indexed all your MP3s into a little database.

I never went with it because I am looking for something with a Web Front end so I can use it on my corporate MP3 server.

I just dont like that with Musicmatch when you make a playlist it doesnt just upload the playlist, it uploads the songs again. I downloaded itunes and am gonna try that out.

WMP10, it doesn't get any easier. I hate musicmatch, its crap (and my dad worked for them for the past 7 years).

Beet does wmp10 allow you to upload playlists without actually uploading the songs with the playlist? Thats really the only problem I am having with musicmatch, otherwise I like the extremely easy drag & drop style of the player.

I dunno.. all I do with it is either send stuff straight to my mp3 player or sync my entire library.

The thing is that I have a 20gb player, and I have ~ 10gb of music that I want to upload. If it double loads even half the songs because they are in playlists thats killing alot of space.
