I have a "backup" of an audio CD, but the entire CD is on one track. is there any software where i can take that one track and chop off portions to make individual tracks?

I'm thinking Syntrillium Cooledit '96.. except the program is a bit old and i'd have to fan these out to raw .wav's and do my editing, and convert to mp3 again (again a program for which i do not have)....

any ideas?
