Got it and had it for a week. Like it a lot. Only thing that sucks is the famous phonebook of motorola. Aside from that, the phone is solid...and lot of other stuff with it. Signal, I think, is stronger than the V600....reception cut-off is significantly less, speaker phone is loud and clear.....stereo head phones or bluetooth ( i use bluetooth ), tflash card....http://www.mobile-review.com/review/...-e398-en.shtml .
