Hey,

So im using a Motorola Z6c, purchased in the US, in Hong Kong right now with a PCCW (local network) prepaid SIM card. My US provider is Verizon.

I can make and receive phone calls from and to both the US and local Hong Kong numbers, and can receive texts, but cannot send them. It says "message sending failed."

I have a number that PCCW told me I need to enter into my "SMS Center", or "Text Center" whatever it will be called. The only problem is nobody has been able to find this menu on my phone.

I spoke with Motorola tech support, verizon, and PCCW reps in the store, all who werent able to help find it. After a very agonizing series of tech support phone calls the reps on the phone said there is no way they can help me.

Is there any way that I can get my phone to send texts???

Sounds about right, Need to change the message center number. However without having the phone in person I will be no help. Looked at the manual but no luck Sorry. I'll keep my eyes open.
