Looking for DVD software for my new computer
I recently bought a new computer from Dell. I've noticed that when I use many of the DVD playing programs like Dell Media Experience, Roxio MyDVD Plus, Windows Media Player, or even RealPlayer on some of the older movies I rent from Blockbuster the dvd won't play. I get an error message that says something like "The DVD cannot be played. Key exchange for DVD copy protection failed."
The weird thing is that when I try these same dvd's in my old laptop using CyberLink PowerDVD these dvd's always play. Can anyone recommend some decent media playing software that will circumvent this problem? I'm afraid that if I download an updated version of CyberLink's software onto my new computer I'll get the same error message.

Thats the only thing I use to view video files of any kind. As for backing up my own movies
I use DVDShrink in conjunction with Nero.
