I am due for an upgrade and I have been looking at this phone for a few reasons.

-Full QWERTY keyboard
-Internet
-touch screen
-etc...

I do not use my phone for business or anything, but I am wondering if anybody has this phone and would like to share any insight for me. Is it reliable?
