Which Laptop Should I Get?

My parents want to get a new thin and light laptop and I'm thinking something with 13.3" display is a good size. I found a Lenovo U350 for $449 and a Dell Vostro 1320 for $529. Obviously the Dell has a faster chip but I don't know if they'll need it. All they do is email, word processing, and web browsing. I also looked at some of the Black Friday ads, but didn't find any decent thin and lights. Which one should I go with?

Are you sold on the 13.3? do either of them have eyesight problems. The first thing i hear is "the icons are so small" from older people.
