Hey i have a bluetooth jabra bt250 and the headset is paired with my phone but i cant hear anything in it. The buttons on the headset change the phone menus but no sounds in in the earpiece. It says it should make a beeping when it is turned on or off but it doesnt. any ideas thanks

 

is it brand new, or did it just stop sending you sound?

try to pair it with your phone again, make sure to hold the volume up key, and the power button for 3 seconds when you do.

You may have a loose connection in the headset, in which case, you'll likely need to return it, unless you fancy taking it apart.
