iTunes Problems Anybody?
Over the past few days I've been getting 'Unknown Error 5002' warnings and have been unable to download anything. I followed some advice I found on Mac forums to no avail. Changing my log-in name on my computer fixed the 5002 error but caused a 'cannot purchase from iTunes' error of another source. My account is up to date and everything is paid for. It seems to take a few days but it goes away and comes back of its own accord. Really annoying...

Update: Found the error.
Seems that I had a bad app in my library (TapTap Revenge). If you scroll through your library, have a look for an App that only shows a generic icon. Delete this app and everything should be back to normal. You can redownload it later from the appstore at no charge.

i've used every other program instead of itunes. all they did is fudge up my album arts. i'd have Number of the Beast cover for some chicky love song and it kinda irritated me.
re-installing itunes seems to solve everything for me. except my touch cant seem to communicate with it, but everyone has that problem

it was the other way around for me, I used iTunes exclusively for a couple years and it messed up my album art real bad but that's been fixed now that' I've switched, I don't have any problems anymore.
