Itunes with Ipod/Burning CD -> WtF?
I had 2 questions but didn't want to hijack uzzmaan's thread so decided to open one myself.
#1 I have a few songs that have just silence for the last 30 seconds or so (ie: the song is 4:30 in length but the music stops at 4:00 and the last 30 seconds is nothing) so I cut the last silent portion off with goldwave and now it works fine in itunes but when I burn that song onto a CD it still has that extra 30 seconds of silence. WtF?
#2 This case I've only had for one song so far. It works fine in itunes and when I burn a CD but when I put it on my ipod nano playlist it just skips over it like it isn't even there or is a bad file or something. And I've tried removing it from the playlist then re-adding it and still doesn't work.
any suggestions besides calling paypal?

You can trim the song in iTunes without special software.
Right click on song, get info, options tab.
Set start and stop times to your liking. Verify that it plays the way you like then right click song and select Create MP3 version. It will make a new copy of the song that has the new start/end time.
