while it is technically possible to get a verizon phone to work on sprint and vice versa, it will never happen. Both companies maintain a database with all of the IMEIs associated with their phone lineup. As soon as you punch in the Iphone IMEI Sprint will reject it. Same for Verizon and Sprint phones.

I have a Verizon Pre2 working on Sprint. Of course, I had to yank out the comm board of my old Sprint Pre to make it work..
