I want to shoot whoever came up with the idea to put a java runtime environment on cell phones, are there ANY phones out on the market today that don't take sometimes several seconds to respond to pressing a button? I have a moto v620 right now, about 10% of button presses never even register. Moto phones also seem to have memory leak issues because the responsiveness gets worse and worse until the phone finally crashes

Mine too. My current Moto v710 works fine too. I never reboot it either. Maybe his fingers are just too fat for the keypad.
