I cancelled my Hulu Plus account cause it sucks. Thy just took some of the stuff that used to be on Hulu free and added it to Hulu plus. There's really nothing new with it that's worth anything.

Well I don't watch golf nor hockey. And again you can watch the NBA, MLB, and NHL online with a subscription. MLB and UFC are available on the Roku box and that's live. I'm not sure if golf offers that yet but I don't care . I'm sure soon NBA and NHL will go to Roku soon and I think Google TV has NBA already. Soon live events will be offered without a service.

The problem is that it's a small minority of people that have a HTPC to use the free Hulu on their TV as it's blocked using the PS3 browser and even Google TV. If you're watching your TV on a laptop you can use the regular Hulu. But if you want to watch the series in its entirety you'll have to subscribe. I think Hulu only shows 5 eps.

 

Yeah you gotta Netflix for them and get them shipped to you. FXnetwork.com does show the last 3 eps for free. Of course you can get them the route.

 

I picked up my Hulu Plus again now that I don't have cable and since they added Comedy Central and the Criterion Collection to it.

I watch the daily show, colbert report, tosh.0 and other shows now. Yes I know I can watch them online but with the xbox 360 I can watch them on my TV.

I'm liking it now, much cheaper than cable

 

Also Hulu is looking to be bought out, rumors are that Microsoft, Yahoo! and Google are in talks with Hulu.

I'd be surprised if MS didn't pick them up, they aren't afraid to drop some serious coin on a company (see skype and aQuantive) and they got more money than Google or Yahoo! plus I think they're a better fit than the other two. GoogleTV has been a flop and IDK waht the fuck yahoo! could do with Hulu.
