my brother has verizon and he's in need of a new phone. does he have to buy a new phone at full price or is there other things he can do?

he's been w/ verizon for 3 yrs and renewaled his contract last nov for 2 yrs.

most likely stuck in contract until the upgrade eligibility date rolls around...which means hes just gotta buy one...wheres my verizon ppls to chime in on this one

 

He should be eligible for a new phone ever 22 months from the last date he purchased his phone, now if you said he has not gotten a phone in 3 years he should be eligible even if he changed around his contract...Now, this is only if what your saying is true cause i cant tell by looking at his account..best bet is to walk into a store and have a rep tell you whats up..
