Welcome to Newbies R Us, can I help you?

1) Put the CD in your Computer's CD Tray
2) Pick one of Several Hundred MP3 Audio Ripper Programs to use
3) Rip the Song or the entire CD.

All Sarcasm aside, I use a program called CDEX. Its free and relatively painless to use.
Install it, run it, go into options and under one of the tabs is a CD->MP3 Location entry. Change this to wherever you want all your MP3s to end up. On another Tab about CDDB you need to enter an email address (doesnt have to be real) and check the box that says "Auto Download from CDDB" or something like that.

Then all you do is leave the main program up, pop in a CD, and it should auto fill in all the song titles and artist info. Click on the First track, hold shift and click on the last track to highlight all Songs. Then click the Button on the far right that is the Entire CD to an Icon that looks like a Zip file. Thaty will convert every track on the CD into its own MP3 file and put them in a folder under the spot you chose corresponding to the artist and CD Name.

Ok, thanks. I got this MPIO player and it came with their own software that doesn't allow me to do so cause of some copyright bs.

Another vote for CDex. Its freeware that you can get on www.download.com

I use it all the time, and I have an MPIO MP3 player as well.

But aren't the newer CD's encoded in such a way that you cannot rip them into mp3s?
