I got a HP laptop recently. It had a free trail of McAfee on it. The trail period has ended and now I keep getting pop ups ALL the time that my comp is at risk and all this shit. Also Getting PC health fix pop ups. It runs a scan and says I have over 900 issues! I have been visiting the fappening a lot

And yes it's bullshit, it hijacked your browser and installed some fake ass antivirus program. Malewarebytes is worth the continued support as it will block all malicious sites you visit or at least prevent them from ruining your fapping experience :

Check "internet options". Go to the "connections" tab. Make sure it's not set to use a proxy server.

Or your hosts file may be hijacked, although it's been a long time since I've seen that happen.
