Ok, when I played bf3 I thought I had lag spikes, but as you can see my GPU throttles. This throttle isn't normal though, it has a pattern, my temps don't even coincide with my GPU usage. I under clocked from 850 to 822(as you can see).

I would be playing fine all of a sudden drops to 15-20 FPS

My question is, what can be causing this constant throttle?

I have a 560ti and my cpu is an amd fx 8150

my gpu was throttling, and i fixed it by going in my bios
