Same here, I went and asked my dad, and he doesnt like the stock game, after all the money my uncle lost in it, but I told him we can just put a $100 on each, and hes like no, and so I will just watch and see if I coulda made a profit. I know a kid in my school, almost 5 years back or so, he was like 13 and he invested like couple bucks through his mom on Yahoo and eBay and other Internet Companies and he made hella money, and invested the money again and he was a baller, at 13

Google stock isn't the greatest investment IMO. It will go up, but its already very expensive. The best stocks are those you buy for a few bucks and sell at around 20 bucks because you can increase an investment 10 fold. Google stock will never reach 1000+ dollars.

Google Desktop is dead. Too bad, it was great when it first came out. Overtime it turned into a pile of .

I use it for the sidebar and apps (XP Pro machine). Is this going to be shut down too?

I already have it, will my weather gadget and gmail gadget still work?

I could care less about indexed search, I turned it off day one.
