Getting Tmobile bill cheaper??

Hi. I know with sprint everytime I called for a drop call I got $15 back each month. Is there anything I can do for tmobile like that. I currently pay $90 with taxes. With one line and Blackberry plan

90 bucks isn't really terrible per month.
usually i run between 75-100 on mine. but i've never heard of that 15 bucks back each month on drop calls. thats a new one.

I dont know about Florida but if I were to have T-mobile here, and they gave me $15 a month per dropped call, they would owe me money every month.
