Not sure how I feel about it, but I'm going to be connected 24x7 via email through work with a Blackberry.

My 2yr contract w/ Verizon is up soon and I can renew after 2/28 and get discounts on phones by signing another 2 year deal. I was considering a Moto Q, but given the recent Blackberry developments, it seems like overkill.

My current V710 is just too fat and bulky. I tend to put the phone in my pocket and I'd like to find something a lot more conpact. I know the Razr and Krzr are out, but what else is small and compact?

Can't you just use the BB for voice?

LG 8600 (aka the flip chocolate)

It's slimmer than the razr. But has better battery life, and reception.

In essence, LG did what Motorola could not

Slimmer? Really?

It looks more like the Moto Kazr, with the buttons on the outside.

My friend has this and it's very nice aesthetically. Battery life is suspect from what I have seen.

TRUST ME ON THIS!! I WORK FOR VERIZON!!

I use the Krazr now...it's the biggest piece of shit!! It just "looks" cool, one drop and that pretty little mirror face is done! (ask me how I know) Battery life is worse than the razr. As I previously stated. LG GOT IT RIGHT!!!
