Free website editor?

Anyone know of any good ones?

A buddy of mine has to make a simple website for school. His professor suggested dreamweaver but it doesn't seem like it's free.

Thanks in advance.

Just foolproof. My friend is a complete n00b when it comes to generating HTML or whatever code it is.

Seamonkey's composer is a foolproof as it can get. It's like typing a word document.
