Everytime Moto V300 Charges, Ringer Becomes Loud

Hey guys! I think this might be in the manual, but I don't have one handy right now. Motorola users probably know what I'm talking about here. I also had the same problem on my V60 before but don't remember how I solved it. Here goes:

I almost always use the Vibrate then Ring setting on my Motorola V300 when the phone is off the charger. When I plug it on the charger though, it automatically goes to the Loud setting, from which I change it to the soft setting, because vibrating on a table sure isn't going to do me any good. Anyway, is there any way to change the setting so it doesn't automatically go loud everytime it is on the charger? And furthermore, is there a setting to automatically go to Vibrate then Ring once it is off the charger?

Thanks for your help guys! Rep points available!

That sounds like a bug. For ANY Sprint phone, when you put it on the charger, the vibe mode is automatically turned off. But it comes back on (if you had it on) when it comes off the charger.

This is done, not because it is assumed your phone is not next to you while being charged, but because of car kits or desktop chargers that are not vibe-friendly.
