XP PRO has it built in. XP Home does not.

For windows. Only some of the computers I work with have pro.

Several years ago I had used a norton program which would encrypt the files. The files I am encrypting are on a flash drive.

PGP for my important files. Didn't know XP Pro has encryption software built in. Haha ... had it for so long and didn't know.

Wow ... use Explorer ... right-click the file ... properties ... attributes ... advanced ... "encrypt contents to secure data".

D'oh!

PGP is the way to go. If it's worth encrypting... it's worth encrypting right.

PGP or use WinRar, better encryption than WinZip or anything else.
