Enable Vista Explorer Aero look for FireFox 3
I know a few on here will be interested in this. It looks cool!
First download Glasser here: http://www.sixxgate.com/files/glasser.xpi
To install Glasser, first download the file, then drag and drop it to your Firefox window.
If you want the Windows Explorer style background on the personal toolbar, use this css file. You can install it with either the Stylish Add-on, or by edit your userChrome.css file.
If you want to remove the menu-bar, try either Personal Menu or Hide Menubar. Both support using the Alt key to temperately show the menu-bar and Personal Menu lets you keep a button on the toolbar to gain access to the menus.
Here's what it looks like for me:

To enable the green explorer bar using stylish add on. Copy this code
then go to tools > add ons > options for stylish > then click write > and choose insert from the first drop down box> paste code from clipboard > give a name in the description box and it should switch right away.
Code:
#main-window #navigator-toolbox #PersonalToolbar { border-top: 0 none !important; -moz-appearance: none !important; background-image: url(data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAEAAAAfCAYAAAAmyadiAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAARnQU1BAACxjwv8YQUAAAAgY0hSTQAAeiYAAICEAAD6AAAAgOgAAHUwAADqYAAAOpgAABdwnLpRPAAAAAlwSFlzAAALEgAACxIB0t1+/AAAAAd0SU1FB9cCEwYDIgFDQ7MAAAAYdEVYdFNvZnR3YXJlAFBhaW50Lk5FVCB2My4wOGVynOEAAACjSURBVBhXY9hw4sZ/hvpl+/8zVC/e+5+hbMHu/wyFc3b8Z8iesfU/Q9rUzf8ZEiZs+M8Q1bP2P0NIx6r/DL7Ny/4zeNQv+c/gVL3wP4Ntxbz/DJalc/4zsHiUgoiS/wysIILdE8jl8C77z8DtU/6fgd+/6j+DSHDtfwapiMb/DAqxrf8ZNNN6/jOYFE39z2DfOP8/g9cEoPGTD5z7z8Ck4fgfAAdOR5a0f2FqAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC) !important; padding: 2px 3px 3px 3px !important; color: white !important; } #main-window #navigator-toolbox #PersonalToolbar toolbarbutton { padding: 0 5px !important; } #main-window #navigator-toolbox #PersonalToolbar toolbarbutton > label { color: white !important; } #main-window #navigator-toolbox #PersonalToolbar .toolbarbutton-menu-dropmarker { list-style-image: url(arrow-dn.gif) !important; }

I barely use FF. I switch between it and IE I'm currently an IE8 guy but before I was FF. So I don't have any plugin except the ones I just installed to make this work. I used to one for downloading embed videos and what not but that's about it. I never really like the look of the themes for FF or the standard look of FF so I haven't messed with too many until now. I like this one.

The updated it and now you can get 4 colors for the toolbar now.
Download the zip and copy the code from each css file into a new entry for the Stylish add on extension. They'll look like this when they're done:
