My old contract for Cingular has a $10 per remaining month per line. I was just calling asking about the proration refund, which they do not do.

I've got 5 brothers and sisters between the ages of 10 and 16, and believe me, you need to set some STRICT rules for the phone or else their bills could eat you alive.
I know you only have one, but you'd be surprised at how much damage a 16 girl can do!

yep, same thing in my original contract. My contract is expired now. So I can leave whenever I want now. But I don't plan to because I am REAL happy with Cingular. I would suggest Cingular since they have rollover.

I was about to suggest prepaid, but I already see your other post.

Also if you buy the phone yourself you wouldn't have to sign a contract (at least with Cingular.) I just got another phone from Ebay and I didn't have to sign another contract to use it.

She pretty good with following rules and not abusing stuff. In the black market section they have 1500 minutes for $40 w/ T-mobile.. this should be good for her.. Plus i can get me a new phone and give her my old one
