E-Card Software

Could anyone please recommend a good birthday card creation software to be used locally on the computer? Thanks in advance.

Thank you. I like bluemountain too! But this is for our secretary who want to print it out by herself and sent it out. So, our manager want to get her a software, that means one time charge instead of bluemountain $19.95 every year.

Thanks bowersan! From your guide, I found The Print Shop® Deluxe on DVD 20 for $49.99 and Microsoft Greetings 2002 for $24.99.

Yes it is. That's why they celebrate 20 years anniversary for their product.
