computer networking experts...please help

i have 3 computers and a ps3 in my house and they are all connected to our cable modem through a linksys wired modem. i recently decided that i need wireless in my house because i have a work laptop as well that i need to connect to the internet when i need to do extra work from home but the problem is the linksys wired router only has 4 ports which are already being used.

the other day, i bought this linksys wireless router (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833124190) in hopes that i can plug this wireless router into one of my wired router spots so i can connect with my laptop and connect other things like a printer for all the computers in the house. is this possible...to add a wireless router to a wired router already?

also, i have a printer that i want to connect to the router as well so all the computers can use the one printer. one of the computers is vista. is it compatible even though all the other computers are XP?

on the printer, i noticed there is a usb slot as well as an ethernet port. do i have to connect both the usb to my printer and the ethernet cord to the router to network my printer or is it one or the other? does the printer have to be on the wired router or can it connect wirelessly?

i know these must seem like stupid questions but i can never seem to get this networking stuff so if you can help me out, it would be appreciated.

-You need to change a setting in the new router to make it just an access point. Or just replace it with the old one.
-As long as their is a printer driver for Vista it should be fine.
-If the printer has a ethernet port, you should only need to plug it into the router.
