Computer network question
Trouble with my home system....long story short new wireless router.
No trouble setting up the wireless router...all wireless devices working fine.
Problem: One desktop system is hardwired to router. Hardwired computer keeps dropping internet/network connection randomly every minute or so...disconnects and then reconnects....does this over and over again.
Advice appreciated....it's driving me nuts!

I think I solved my problem....I had some old "network software" from the old router still on the system...i think it was trying to run...and thus screwing up my connection.....I uninstalled it....things seem to be running fine now
Thanks for all the help

damn moog you beat me too it. I was just about to say make sure you uninstall the software from your old router if you have any.
P.s. why would you install that software anyways? It's completely unnecessary.
