Cingulaur anybody?

My girl friend wants me to ask about Cingular. NE boy use that service. How is it, service and customer service etc etc My girl looking to port her number from att to a sony T616. Oh also please state the area where you use it.

t616 is gsm, and it's my understanding that ATT and Cingular are using each other's tower freely, so I don't think the signal will be any different.

I think Cingular has better coverage in that area, but I also think T-Mobile is the best GSM carrier in that area.

So, you may back in the same boat in a few months anyhow. Just ride it out to see who's going where.

just like tmobile and cingular were gunna merge 1 year ago...i just wanna see something happen...


i use cingular

stay away from the T616

and buy a motorola V400....but if you have to have bluetooth then use the Sony Ericsson otherwise stay away.

you have to have the newest software version in the phone. that means you have to be sure that you ask how long this phone has been in inventory. ive played with all the cingular phones...the t616 is nice but defiantely doesnt come close to the Motorola V400
