cell phone memory card

I have a razr2 v9x and am looking to either get a 4 or 8 gig micro sd card for it. I've never had a micro sd card before and found some great deals on newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ue=533%3A13500 but there are so many different brands. The only one I recognize is sandisk. Does the brand really matter? Also, I am guessing I need a reader too? And will the reader let me transfer files directly from my computer to the card which I can then just insert into my phone and that's all there is to it?

thnx

First off your phone will not hold a card larger then 2gb. Second, you will need a SD reader to read the card. Make sure the card you get comes with a SD adapter so you reader will read it unless you can find a micro sd reader. Third, it is as easy as dragging and dropping files onto the card from the pc and then putting it in the phone and viewing / listening to them there.

Sure you aren't talking about an older model? According to everywhere I've looked, such as Motorola's website, it says it can hold up to 8gb http://www.motorola.com/motoinfo/pro...alObjectId=264.

And I see, I will just go to newegg and get a card/reader combo thing. Simple enough.
