Bluetooth Question - What happens with 2 phones

So my wife and i just ordered two of the e815's from moto. If i put the bluetooth handsfree in my car, what happens if she is in there too? will it work for both?

Pairing is how you get two bluetooth devices to talk to each other. Think of pairing as a virtual cable that connects your phone to your ear (in this case, it's your car). Only one device can pair up to the other at a time. So you can use it for your car once it's paired and your wife can also pair it, but not both at the same time.

Well i mean if one of my buddies gets in the car and takes over the device when i am on it it would suck.

Once you are paired with the device no one one else can pair with it. You have to log off or turn if off in order for someone else to pair with it.

Correct. This is the proper operation per the BT specifications.
