Bluetooth Problems

I'm currently using a Samsung WEP200 headset which has been dropped onto the ground before (no scrathes though) paired with a Samsung D500. After the unit is charged and I pair with my phone, when I make a call sometimes I have to talk using the phone microphone instead of the BT headset. This also happens when someone calls me and I press the answer button, I'm like... hello? hello? Then I pull my phone out of the holster, put it to my ear and I hear the other person going hello? hello? also.

Is my phone or BT defective, or is there not enough charge or what? I'm not familiar with the whole BT thing but my phone is BT 1.1 and my WEP200 is BT 2.0. Usually the BT works fine though.

Mine does the same thing, I think the signal just gets confused for a sec.
