Blackberry Tour reads "Technical Issue, Return to place of purchase for repair"

This happened to me today, phone is fried, got it replaced.

It seems that when you update your software from 4.7 to 5.0 it kills your Tour

I lost my "standby" button in the upgrade (mute button)... Then again the zoom in the camera (right next to the button) stopped working after I dropped the phone.

One thing I will say I am happy about, though, is that I now have functioning custom vibrate profiles!

Basically. I've had more than my fair share of bad luck with phones too. My first bold took a tumble off the top of my TL at 60 mph and lived, only to die to a flying golfball a couple months later. Bought a new bold on ebay and i got it with a defective camera and couldnt return it so i was screwed there

I could go on... lol

With 5.0 my damn trackball is as inaccurate as an insurgent firing at a squad of Marines in Iraq. It can't hit shit! I click on a link in the browser, no joy, argh!
