Blackberry Storm or Bold?
please vote, im pretty much 50/50. I like the touchscreen, but have heard that there are some kinks that still need to be worked out.
I have a Storm and I am still not used to typing on the touchscreen. I honestly miss my curve. If the Storm had a slide out QWERTY, it would be perfect, IMO. Do you do a lot of typing? If so, Bold. If you do a lot of web browsing, then Storm.
FWIW, there still isn't a stable firmware for the storm.

bold.
by looks alone, i'd go with the bold. i think it's one of the nicest looking phones out there.
don't know much about blackberry's softwared and all so i can't really comment there.
but are you limited with providers? or are you free to choose between at&t and verizon?

Yea, after more research it looks like the Bold is the way to go. Too many issues with the storm. From what ive read, if you want the storm, you should wait until the next version is released.
I have the most up to date software in my BOLD (according to BB, not the newer versions you find around the web, I don't trust that stuff unless it's directly from BB itself), and the battery life is mediocre at best. And I don't use the crap out of my phone, either..
Just FYI, the newer versions are from BB/RIM, but they are just Betas and aren't official releases from your cell company. That being said, I don't want to mess with Betas either and I will wait for the official update for my Storm from Verizon.
I get about 18 hrs out of my bold.
And that's emailing all day, texting, google-ing things and using a shit load of 3rd party apps.
Maybe 14 when I'm connect Wi-Fi all day at work.
I've come to the terms that a smart phone you don't have to charge for days is not feasible at this point.
