Alright, I purchased Blackberry Curve (8330 i think?) about 2 months ago. Everything has been great, I love everything about it. No complaint at all.

One thing though, I get alot of texts and emails in Korean, and obviously it doesn't show up properly. It shows up as a bunch of broken black boxes on the screen. At first, I went to the language set up menu to change the main language to Korean, however, English was the only language installed on my phone.

What can I do to enable my BB to show different languages properly?

I believe you need to update your OS. Not sure what they are shipping with now.

What carrier are you with?

What OS are you using? Blackberry button>options>about

3rd line C4.X.X.XXX?

Mine is Verizon.

 

If you upgrade to 4.5 multilang that should be able to solve your problem.
