Is that the Bold from Verizon? Any issues with using Hands Free Link with this phone, including downloading your phone book? It's tough to tell if there are issues with this phone with HFL.
Thanks.

Wow, I thought this would be a bashing session.

I love my Tour, and have had a few hiccups with the HFL in my o5, but in the '10 tech loaner car I had it worked flawlessly.

I thought about looking into a software upgrade of some sort.

I can make outgoing calls on my Verizon Blackberry Bold using HFL in my 05 TL. However, incoming calls are dropped when I hit the HFL call button to answer. A message appears on the phone asking whether I want to use bluetooth or route to handset. Either way I lose the call. I checked with the dealer and they said to "remove battery", which is the typical 1st response to resolve every phone problem. It did not fix the problem. Dealer acknowledged some phones are not compatible but that is the phone manufacturer's issue. Verizon has no answer and points the finger at Acura. It is very frustrating and I cannot see any solutions to this problem other than going back to my Blackberry Curve which worked fine.
