Auto generate a pdf file?

Is it possible to auto generate a pdf file from a batch file on a scheduler? If so how would I do it?

Can you auto print from the batch file?

Try: NOTEPAD /P yourfile.txt at the end of the batch file.

Download and set PrimoPDF (or other Print to PDF creator) as your default printer.

You can do it in Wordpad too:

WORDPAD /PT yourfile.rtf MyPrinter

Prints it to the printer called "MyPrinter"

Have you done this and it works or is this a suggestion?

I would like to create a batch file and schedule it to run once a week to generate a pdf file. I'll see if that works.

These are legit commands.

What is the source of the data for the PDF? Is it generated BY the batch file?

The source is from Epicor Vantage CRM. The batch will run the Vantage to generate the report and hopefully print to pdf.
