The forum could be set up to use Tapatalk but I'm not familiar with the pricing structure for such set up.

first off check the section of the forum where the suggestions are, there is already a thread for this out.
IIRC astro said azine isnt compatible with tapatalk for some reason.
I believe they already have some beta app out for the iphone? I dunno

Just came across another forum talking about a mobile app and they're debating whether to use Tapatalk or ForumRunner. Never heard of ForumRunner but here is their website:

This is what the other forum listed as pros/cons for each:
I know XDA and many other forums use Tapatalk. Personally, I prefer going straight to the website on my phone browser because the Tapatalk layout just bugs me as I can't zoom in/out and also the phone browser displays images correctly which include GIFs, etc. Then again I don't use the subscription notification or PM notification so that's probably why its not a necessity for me.

Support has seemed scarce with trying to contact them
They are based in China, we have a language barrier.
$1000 for the initial application, no source to add any edits, analytics etc.
$35/hr for the additional above, so anything above $1000 is possible

ForumRunner Pros and cons:
Support has been frequent with answering questions.
US based, makes it easier to for us to contact support
No source, but has the same features
Any privileged user can Moderate with ease.
Seems you can do everything TapaTalk can.
