I got it when it first came out and now I'm about to throw it 1/2 way across the room b/c it's a pile of horseshit that cant make or recieve a call even if my life depended on it.

I know there have been problems with the phone and the carrier no longer has it, but has anyone recieved credit for it or got comped anything for the trouble the phone had given them??

They said I could trade it in for the V551, but I have my eyes on the Samsung 710 and wanted to see if I could get any credit towards that phone.

 

i doubt they are going to give you any credit towards any phone. probably just exchange it out if its in the one year period for manufacturer's defect.

 

What Samsung 710 are you talking about? The E710? Which is like the E715 but with Video Recording and NO MMS? Where did you end up seeing that?
