I use Ad-aware. It's great, but I was looking at the Ad-Aware support site and their moderators are giving a big recommendation to TrojanHunter: http://www.misec.net/

They say it finds nasty stuff that Ad-Aware doesn't get. Anybody use it or know anything about it?
