So, I work at an advertising agency, and my coworker was asking me if I know anyone who can make something like this page:

We have to make something very similar to this for our client by next thursday.

We just need to have 1 page that's similar to that, and we are thinking of putting that exact page into another webpage that we will be using to promote.

Anyone knows how to do this? The budget is really tight on this part of the project, but we are certainly going to pay for the service.
