Any word/excel gurus out there

Is there a way to cut and paste from excel to word without the tables.

The reason I want to do this is because on a reg basis I have to copy a list a names off excel and paste them on to word or to a text messaging machine. It makes it hard to read if the tables are there on the blackberries and sh*t like that.

Copy in excel...then go to Word and from the top: Edit - Paste Special...and paste as unformatted text

If that doesn't look right, paste the data in normally, then click...

Table

I move tables around all the time, I do what NSXNEXT suggested. Or option #3... cut and paste into notepad, then paste into word.

you can always use notepad as an interim to strip formatting.
