Any Verizon CSA's?

Hey guys, need some help/advice. I have the Blackberry Curve 8330, and I'm having quite a few issues. As of today I have had five different phones, with another warranty replacement on the way for my newest which I just activated today. The new phone I activated today was a "Like-new replacement" and as soon as I had activated it I noticed the N key as well as the space bar do not work.

I'm not up for an upgrade until January, but I'm looking for help as to getting Verizon to give me a credit towards my upgrade because of how ridiculous this phone has been for me. I paid $200 with my last contract renewal for this phone and it's obviously been a big heaping pile of crap. I'd like Verizon to credit me $150-$200 toward a new phone, which I feel is fair since I've had to put up with so much because of this phone.

So my question is, what are the chances of them giving me a credit, and what might you recommend instead?

if you get the credit... why not upgrade to the new Droid? that phone looks funky delicious if you're sticking w/Verizon.

If he is using the BB for corporate e-mail, the Droid may not be the best bet

true, though if the age description of the OP is correct, I doubt he'll be dealing w/corporate e-mail. (if he is, my hat's off to'em)
