So in our group we're looking to roadmap key events happening in the various business units throughout our company. So we're looking to have a shared calendar that people can enter key dates/events/promotions/marketing themes and then have them all displayed into a Microsoft project type gantt chart display.

Outlook works well for entering the events, however, it's not exactly the easiest on the eyes and we're looking at presenting this as a one-two slide deck for our leadership team.

Anybody come across this type of software or recommendations?
