Nothing wrong with a free copy of Norton AV . Norton has kept me virus free for over 20 years!!

If one is a clueless computer user and dabbles in risky areas of the great, wide interweb, there's no AV that will keep you totally safe. I've seen viruses get by all major AV products...

Arguing over which AV is best or if one AV is better than another is not unlike a couple of cowboys/ranchers arguing over which brand of pickup truck is better....
