Your own virtual TSX V6

Not sure if many people over here play Forza Motorsport 3...or video games in general, but the 2010 Acura TSX V6 is available to download from the Xbox Live Marketplace.

If you ever wanted to know what a RWD swap'd turbocharged 660HP 2nd gen TSX would feel like this is probably the best chance you have without selling your organs on the black market.

I'm not sure how true-to-life it would be but dear god, my fastest time around Laguna Seca bone stock with race tires and no other mods was 1:49.322 whereas when I upgraded the rear sway bar to a 27mm unit, I was able to get to 1:46.266.

Yeah, I really wish someone would come out with a decent rear sway bar for this car...

P.S. Fully modded with a naturally-aspirated motor with 275/40-18's all around (LOL, 275's on a TSX!!) with some fine suspension and tire pressure tuning yielded me a 1:35.979.

Fully modded with the twin-turbo's yielded a 1:33.224 and fully modded with RWD and twin-turbo's yielded 1:39.111 (yikes!, it's 'cause the RWD swap adds 284 lbs to the car and I just couldn't find any decent suspension tuning with this setup.

Oh well, thanks for the info JRhodes! It's proved to me one thing, this car REALLY needs a bigger rear sway bar!

RWD swap? 660HP motor? Can you even really call it a TSX anymore?

Does it matter? It's rather hilarious what kind of swaps can be made in F3. Last week I was able to stuff a VW Touareg's Twin-Turbo V10 into a VW Golf. Totally unrealistic and I couldn't find any way to tune the suspension setup to not understeer miserably but it was still fun to think about...

I've never played F3 before (or 1 and 2 for that matter), so I did not know you could make these kind of custom changes. Novel, but somehwat pointless to me. Personally, I prefer realistic comparisons, but hey, its just a game.

It's actually one of the most realistic simulators ever. They take real life statistics, physics, graphics, and sounds to put you in the most realistic situation possible. This is the closest to real life you can really get.

There's a part of me that wants to get into the whole "Gran Turismo v. Forza" debate but since I've seen how heated they can become, I think I'll just leave my opinion out of this thread.

Didn't mean the realism of the game, but the realism of the ride. It's not like you will ever really find a V10 in a Golf.
