I wasn't too athletic growing up - was a skinny kid and broke some bones a few too many times, but I did join swim team in high school as a personal challenge for myself. Not sure if these are really athletic accomplishments, but even though I'm afraid of heights, I've gone skydiving and bungy jumping (twice) as well, and after that I learned how to SCUBA dive.
