well drove back to houston after the Texas Vs. that other texas school, fun game to watch vince young needs to learn the ball isn't a loaf of bread! As Cedric Benson took one last lap Around the Field I almost wept, he is such a cool ass dude! much love to my man Ced!!

Benson is a good guy and a good player. He should be getting a lot more talk for the Hesiman. It's ridiculous the espn is making such a push for J. Peterson and White from OK. That team has all kinds of weapons. While Benson plays on a team that can't throw the ball for the life of them. Watching the A&M game they were all over the line and TX still ran it all over them.

That was the first game of the year. The aggies are much better team now than then. Plus the big thing that you didn't take into account is A&M is TXs biggest rival. This game is rarely a blow out. Look at Geogia and Geogia Tech today...same thing. the Utah is a good team don't get me wrong but you guys didn't play a ranked team all year

Those were a short few weeks apart. We will fare well in a BCS game, I will even go as far as to say that we will win our bowl game...The Utes certainly deserve better than the Liberty Bowl.

If you really want to look at the over all picture. Utah’s oppositions record is 45-72, almost 30 games under .500. Way to go Utah. TX's opps is 66-54. That should be enough said.

Yeah out opponents have a shitty record...that's cause we play in a shitty conference, with teams that can't hold on to a season (BYU) and teams that could not win if they were playing Div-II ball (UNM, UNLV, etc.) that said, we would EASILY be in the top half of some of the BCS conferences.

Nope not a Lobos fan. Im from austin. Screw the Lobos. I can barely watch them play in the weakkkkk ass Mountain West Con. Inferior football. If Utah played in a real conference they'd have 3 losses.

That, and this year is a fluke for Utah. It's not like this has been a common occurence. How many times in the last ten years (not including this one)have they even been ranked.

Cal got jacked.
Especially for anyone who watched the game last night against Southern Miss- the bad clipping call in the 4th on the Arrington run would have made the final score 33-16 and might have kept Cal ahead.

Never looked at this thread, but all I have to say is Texas FINNALY made it to a BCS bowl for the first time ever. For once they don't get screwed over in the bowls. Im flying over to colifornia to see it.

I see, but I dont think its wrong that Michigan goes to the Rose Bowl. It has been tradition that the Big 10 winner goes to the Rose, and has been like that for a long time. I think its lame that they cant run the Bowl games like they used to, and then have a 4 team playoff. I dunno, I cant really come up with a great answer, but this system aint workin as well as it should.
