IMO that would have ended the game.

Luckily the Giants came away with the ball.

Agree... He had the ball, but after the pile was sorted out, the Giants recovered.

If that was a turnover, the Pats "would" of been up either 7 or 11 points, and all the momentum would of gone to the Pats.

Gotta give credit to the Giants Defense for getting to Brady all game long.

Well the Pats had taste of glory when they were huge underdogs vs. the Rams and shocked the world.

When you're the best... you're bound to fall sooner or later.

Karma I guess .. when your team is caught cheating, expect a whiplash somewhere. Too bad it had to be during the BigDaddy of them all.

The Manning-to-Tyree pass was simply amazing. I never get tired of watching it. That will go down as one of the best plays in Super Bowl history.

Oh, no kidding! Amazing play. I couldn't believe he got clear, I couldn't believe he got the pass off, it was accurate, and damn if that sunuvabitch didn't catch it.

I don't know who is more upset the analyst or the patriots. I vote for the analyst. They look like they just lost a shit load of money.

Yeah. Looks like they may have to answer some questions about that. Yeah.

This is why sports fans are fed up with Belichick's bunch.

Coming from a Jets fan here, congratulations to the New York Giants and their fans.

As for comments implying that the Giants were the worst team to win a Super Bowl, only a complete moron would post that.

While people were quick to dismiss the Giants 38-35 loss to the Patriots as just a meaningless game on route the playoffs, it clearly inspired the Giants enough to get the job done against some quality playoff teams and arguably one of the best teams in recent memory in the New England Patriots.

The best team is the team that wins. Period. The 2007 New York Giants is that team!!!

I have no voice left right now...the last 2 mins of the 4th quarter was the longest 2 mins of my life. I cant believe some of the comments I am reading...ignorance is bliss. Gotta hand it to kadika mithcell who was getting dirty in every play along with the rest of the Giants D...5 sacks says a lot, smith for stepping it up big with some receptions, boss & tyree for opening up the game for us, Eli def deserved MVP, Coughlins methodical coaching tactics and just an all around solid game in Defense and Offense for the Giants. It was destiny for the giants to win this game if you ask me...they took care of "business"

Congrats to the G-Men!
Amazing game!

yes, eli avoiding that sack and tyree catching that ball was one of the best plays all year, if not all time. awesome!

on a side note, since when can you challenge a no penalty/penalty? (the 12 men on the field no call challenged by the pats)

Umm....

I should have video recorded my conversation with my son this morning. "Daddy, did they win?" It was great. He was wearing his Giants pajamas.

I'll tell you what though. I HAVE NEVER SEEN MR. BRADY GET MURDERED LIKE HE DID YESTERDAY! I remember when the Patriots played the Panthers in the superbowl. Everybody was saying the Panthers front four with Julius Peppers, Mike Rucker and Kris Jenkins were going to beat up on New England's offensive line and all game they got nothing! It always seemed like Brady never got sacked and if he did it was some little shoe-string sack where he went down easy.
Never have I got so much satisfaction from seeing a quarterback get hit. Especially that last one he got from Jay Alford! OMG! It looked like Alfrod picked him up and drove him into the ground.
I hope Strahan doesn't leave although I think he really should go out on top. But even if he does I'll be happy to know we'll have Osi and Justin Tuck on that line along with a healthy Kiwanuka who don't forget had 4.5 sacks through the first 9 games. I know its hard to repeat in the NFL but next season definetly looks bright with all the newly emerged young stars we have... Kevin Boss, Steve Smith, Ahmad Bradshaw, Madison Hedgecock, Aaron Ross, Corey Webster, even Eli Manning along with a healthy and hungry Shockey who I'm sure wants to get to play in a super bowl himself.

SuperBowl XLII THE GREATEST GAME I'VE EVER SEEN!!!

I envy you. Laying the smack down on the Pats to win the Super Bowl is the best thing that could happen to a fan.

You have 8 months of bliss ahead of you.

Glad the Giants won. I was so sick and tired of all the Brady dick riding. It just shows you when you put pressure on him he's no better than anyone else. Go Giants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NY Giants are world champs! WoooHooo!*spins in office chair at work*

Had the wildest Super Bowl party at my house last night and watched an AMAZING game put on by the Giants to halt the PATS to what EVERYONE thought would be a NE victory!! NE got outdid by our defense and shook Brady up a bit, threw him off the whole night, and gave Eli his chance to shine.

Yea I live in NY and HELLZ yea Ill be at our Parade on Tue!!
