NFL: 2022 Season News and Discussion Thread

No. The "Tua" rule was made really for Tom...just named for someone else for misdirection. Remember, pro-sport's biggest crybaby and poser needs ALL the help he can get or he can't even heave the ball .0005 yards forward. Too weak.

This rule made the Fins offense cave because Teddy was witnessed to have "stumbled" after a hit forcing us to go with the 3rd string rookie.

Won this week's match-up too...2-3 now. Still a ways to go...but, sure is nicer than getting my e-@$$ handed to me like the first 3 weeks...
Mariotta seems to be serviceable and I've had a decent number from a QB for the first time all season after yesterday.

If this is roughing the passer, then NFL should change to no-tackling.
Because, really, the NFL and the Sucs already do NOT enable that Cheat enough. Not enough.

Such a joke, if THAT is roughing the passer, than the Steelers should have benefitted from 27 or so RTP flags over the first 4 weeks that weren't thrown. There were also several helmet to helmet hits that weren't flagged, this league is simply a joke. But they'll always call bs to benefit Tommy

Kinda "fun" to watch a Chicago Bears QB run for his dear life all game, hey?
The talent with Fields is evident because of some OMFG plays...but, the concern for me is, he'll end up like Tua at some point...and will not survive long enough to see Chicago put together anything successful. That O-line is beyond putrid and the WRs aside from Mooney are all #4s and #5s on almost all NFL squads.

Regardless of how this plays out, I love how the Steelies, with everyone injured and Trubisky at QB can take the overrated drama queen of all sports to the brink -- the latter who has everyone under the sun on the Sucs roster too.

These refs need to figure what a penalty is and isn't, quick. The hit on TB12 last week for roughing the passer was weak and then a few hits this week and no call proves the point TB12 is a whiny wimp that has no family anymore because he is too selfish and wants to continue to play football.
It is almost like we have those stand in refs again when they went on strike a few years back. It's more embarassing than the Facking Fackers losing again... That game was even worse than the Giants game... Thankfully it is deer hunting season and I can find something more enjoyable to do every Sunday now instead of watching those losers.
